DeVante Myles Releases Debut Mixtape - Pants Up @DeVanteMyles

Hip-Hop Freshman DeVante Myles Issues Free Admission Tickets Into
The Oxford Circus

Imagine, a sonically euphoric musical playground, hidden deep within Hip-Hop. A place that resides in Brooklyn, NY, where lyricism and the heart of Hip-Hop's true origins live and breathe.

At times it may seem that just like Brooklyn, Hip-Hop is in the midst of a reconstruction period known as gentrification. Losing its way to new audiences and strangers of the culture, it's as if true lyricists are now the “black sheep" of Hip-Hop. But, if you can make your way to the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, not far from Jay-Z's Marcy Ave, you will find the omniscient Oxford Circus. Conveniently all are welcome; come #jointhecircus as DeVante Myles himself often tweets.

Created by freshman newcomer DeVante Myles, Oxford Circus is more than a movement, it is a way of life for those who may feel like an outsider, or that they do not belong in the current state of Hip-Hop. For the Hip-Hop head who appreciates quality production, lyrics, countless bars, the beauty of punch lines, and music that is way beyond its creator’s years, this is where you want to be.

Releasing his debut album "Pants Up" on October 20, 2017, DeVante Myles has entered the game with a message,

"I want listeners to walk away with a different perspective on situations in life through this music, giving them a solid body of work that they can relate to with a creative bounce."

"Rectify," Myles' first single from "Pants Up," signifies his drive to “Rectify the Game”. This is the beginning of his rap dynasty as a lyrical mastermind and musical outlier. With over 200 songs written and recorded, DeVante pulls creative inspiration from musical classics that incorporate Hip-Hop's diamond era known as the 90's.

With the 18 year anniversary of Mos Def's debut album "Black on Both Sides" just last week, capture that same exact spirit in 2017 by purchasing the debut album of DeVante Myles' "Pants Up" available on all major platforms.

[Single] @MonroeKush "I'm Off"

Jackson, Miss.- Mississippi-based rapper/ singer/ songwriter Infinite Starr Le Flair (AKA Monroe Kush) has initiated a champagne campaign from Maine to Spain like she was running for the presidency with seductively scandalous Country Boy Music-released hit single “I’m Off.”

[Single] @MonroeKush "I'm Off"

Since its unofficial release last April, the single has grown legs on its own and caught on like a raging wildfire. In a handful of months, it has been featured on the top six hip-hop mixtapes in the country, enjoyed more than half-a-million online streams, boasts over 100,000 physical downloads and is spinning in mixshow rotation on several select radio stations across the Mid-South.

Killing them softly with biting, bitter/sweet vocals over menacing, mid-tempo production and hypnotizing chimes, the momentum continues to grow. And Infinite has no plans of letting up any time soon.

“I’ve gotten so much attention for my music because I’m not afraid to experiment with the music and create my own sound,” she reveals. “That’s how I’ve been able to grow my own fan base organically. A lot of people are looking for a female artist to fill that creative niche.”

Fulfilling that “niche” is exactly what she has been doing since dropping her smashing debut mixtape Bi Mi Self/Gotta Be Me in 2006. Since then, she has built her brand from ground up with more than a dozen mixtapes, numerous awards and fans across the South and East Coast.

Last year, she set the industry on its ear as host of Strictly 4 Traps ‘N Trunks mixtape entitled Mississippi Edition, featuring exclusive music from Def Jam/ Universal artist Big K.R.I.T., as well as many of the state’s brightest underground talents including Joker 2 Cold, Lil Mal, Kamikaze and Hollywood Luck, among others.

She also teamed up with rappers Sachmoe Phlanagan and Archangel for a sizzling hot collaborative project Jack Of All Trades Street Tapes Vol. 1. The 16-track mixtape is presented by Traps-N-Trunks, DJ Bigg V and DJ 1200 and includes special appearances by DJ Scream, Zaytoven, DJ Winn and comedian JJ Williamson of Johnson's Family Vacation.

Throughout her career, she was awarded Best Female Rap Artist two years in a row by the Jackson Music Awards, nominated for Best Female Mixtape by the Southern Entertainment Awards and nominated for an Indie Music Top 25 Award by the Indie-Music Awards.

Continuing to keep the momentum going full speed ahead, she continues to top herself with latest banger “I’m Off” and is readying the release of upcoming EP Eight Talk, scheduled to drop summer 2018.

“My whole career has been based off grinding and selling CDs,” Infinite admits. “I grind. I have only one goal in mind, and that's showing the world that I was born to do this!”
